The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership was founded in 2012 to serve the development of Conscious Leaders worldwide. Our vision is to be a hub where leaders, who aspire to be more Conscious Leaders, can meet like minds, develop themselves, gather knowledge and wisdom, and gain practical know-how to apply to their teams and organisations.
We achieve this through a range of events, speaking engagements, our Executive and Tailored Corporate Programmes and our resource library and news, which offers up-to-the-minute thinking on Conscious Leadership through articles, videos, books and blogs.
We exist to serve Conscious Leadership across the world: in businesses, not-for-profits and government, in education and in the community. Our belief is that by developing more Conscious Leaders in the world we are contributing towards a tipping point for creating positive effects across the globe. Conscious Leaders, especially when working together, have the potential to radically impact and positively influence the world around them, building organisations and communities which are a powerful and sustainable force for the greater good of humanity.
We have adopted the most widespread and integrated worldview possible of who and what a Conscious Leader is, and continually update this worldview as new information and knowledge comes to light. In so doing, we believe we offer a uniquely global perspective on the qualities and practices of the Conscious Leader.

Who we are
Gina Hayden
Gina is a Co-founder and Director of the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also on the Steering Group of the Conscious Capitalism Institute (UK Chapter) and runs her own consulting firm, Sphere Consulting Services, based out of London. Gina has been involved in developing organisational talent for more than twenty years and works worldwide to bring cutting edge development to leaders.
Erika Uffindell
Erika Uffindell is a Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also a Partner in Pinea3 Living Organizations, a founding member of Conscious Capitalism UK and a Director of Medinge the global brand think tank. She also founded Uffindell Group and served as CEO for 25 years.

Paul Ward
Paul Ward is a Director at the Global Center for Conscious Leadership. Paul is a Conscious Leadership Coach and the author of the recently published book, The Inner Journey to Conscious Leadership: Ten Practices for Leading Consciously. Paul is passionate about making the world a better place to live and work, helping people reach higher levels of consciousness, championing Conscious Leadership, and enabling Conversations that Matter.
Jennifer Wilson
Jennifer inspires people to see practical, useful, profound possibilities about themselves and how they relate to the world. She facilitates processes for people to learn to live more inspired, connected, creative, purpose-led lives. Her experience, work and enthusiasm are in the areas of Psychology, Consciousness, Education & Creativity. Jennifer works with the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership co-ordinating events, and connecting efforts with other collaborators in the field.
