Erika is a Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also a Partner in Pinea3 Living Organizations, a founding member of Conscious Capitalism UK and a Director of Medinge, the global brand think tank. She also founded Uffindell Group and served as CEO for 25 years.
