Gina is a Co-founder and Director of the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also on the Steering Group of the Conscious Capitalism Institute (UK Chapter) and runs her own consulting firm, Sphere Consulting Services, based out of London.
Gina has been involved in developing organisational talent for more than twenty years and works worldwide to bring cutting edge development to leaders. She specialises in the skills needed to develop competitively differentiating business relationships with all stakeholders, both internally in teams, and externally with clients and other stakeholder groups. She is involved in consulting into businesses, running programmes on conscious leadership and relationship building, whole systems change and coaching individual leaders to develop into conscious leaders. As part of this she has developed the Conscious Leadership Coaching methodology, a combination of Consciousness Coaching© and stakeholder-centred coaching, to support leaders in making this shift for themselves and their organisations.
She is passionate about developing conscious leaders around the globe, in influential positions, who are able to transcend their egos and run their organisations in a fundamentally different way so that business can fulfil its potential to become a force for good in the world and contribute to the benefit of many. She believes that more conscious leaders are best placed to successfully meet the challenges of our evolving world requiring a high capacity for working with complexity, paradox, interconnection and collaboration in order to survive and thrive.
Gina has a Masters degree in Psychology, is a skilled and experienced facilitator of teams and groups, is a qualified Consciousness Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a member of the Association for Coaching.
She works internationally with a variety of clients including PwC, Barclays Bank, Anglo American, Novartis, VW, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, ZolfoCooper, Duke Corporate Education, Cass Business School and London Business School.
