The programme is a holistic and comprehensive experience taking participants through a journey of understanding, developing and embodying what it means to be a conscious leader in organisations today.
The programme incorporates three modules over a period of 8 – 12 months, including skills development sessions, thought leadership input, case studies, executive peer-group learning addressing real-world organisational challenges, personal conscious leadership coaching and pre- and post-programme measurements to track progress.
