The purpose of this course:
This course develops the ability to think at a systems level and therefore develops the systems intelligence of leaders. It enables the skill of recognising patterns (which are ever present in natural systems) and looks at how to use these to understand how other systems, such as organisations, work. Understanding systems, and how elements within the bigger picture are connected and interrelated, are essential skills for leaders of the future and especially for conscious leaders.
