Erika Uffindell is a Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also a Partner in Pinea3 Living Organizations, a founding member of Conscious Capitalism UK and a Director of Medinge the global brand think tank. She also founded Uffindell Group and served as CEO for 25 years.

César is a Master Educator with the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, the global leading authority on mind-body medicine, and also serves as Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. César has been helping individuals and organisations for over a decade to effectively manage stress, attain work-life balance goals and improve their overall physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Jennifer takes care of the GCfCL action points (collaborating, connecting and organising) and is involved in the development and facilitation of GCfCL youth programmes. She plays an integral part in the Conscious Capitalism UK Chapter and is a co-facilitator for LeadNow leadership and awareness programmes. She is involved in various other related projects through her consultancy, Youtopia Ltd, where she works as a coach, writer and researcher.

Todd is the UK’s leading expert in Generation-Y leadership development. His mission is to support the growth of the next generation of successful, inspired leaders regardless of their background, culture, location, or social status.

Todd is a successful leader with a decade of strong corporate results within Aerospace and FMCG across a range of functional disciplines including innovation, procurement, supply chain, and marketing. Following the release of his second book “Prevolution: Rethinking Generation-Y leadership” he co-founded Leadnow!, a social enterprise which takes the proven work of Extraordinary Leadership ltd, and makes their core programmes available to young adults from all walks of life.

Tara is the Founder and CEO of The Unlimited Mind based in London and New York, and Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston. She is also on the Advisory Board for Longbow NXG.

Tara is at the forefront of the application of neuroscience to business and speaks globally on this subject at international conferences, blue chip corporations and top business schools. Tara is a published author, with a book and over 20 articles in journals of neuroscience and coaching. She is regularly quoted in the Financial Times.

Jon is a co-founder and director of the UK Centre for Human Emergence and runs his own consulting firm, Spiral Futures. He is on the steering group of the Conscious Capitalism Institute (UK Chapter) and the strategy group for the Spirit in Work consultancy.

Since earning his MA in Human Sciences from Oxford, Jon has been working with organisations for over three decades, as an applications architect, as European Information Systems Director for a market-leading multinational and as a consultant Programme and Change manager, working with major businesses such as BA, Calor Gas, BAA, O2 and, Vodafone.
