Erika Uffindell is a Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. She is also a Partner in Pinea3 Living Organizations, a founding member of Conscious Capitalism UK and a Director of Medinge the global brand think tank. She also founded Uffindell Group and served as CEO for 25 years.
César is a Master Educator with the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, the global leading authority on mind-body medicine, and also serves as Director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership. César has been helping individuals and organisations for over a decade to effectively manage stress, attain work-life balance goals and improve their overall physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Jennifer takes care of the GCfCL action points (collaborating, connecting and organising) and is involved in the development and facilitation of GCfCL youth programmes. She plays an integral part in the Conscious Capitalism UK Chapter and is a co-facilitator for LeadNow leadership and awareness programmes. She is involved in various other related projects through her consultancy, Youtopia Ltd, where she works as a coach, writer and researcher.
Pete is a consultant, facilitator and coach with an international background in leadership and organisational development. He is interested in leadership and personal development, including the role that conflict plays in organisations and society, and is author of the book, Embodied Leadership: the Somatic Approach to Developing Your Leadership (www.embodiedleadership.net).

Jon is a co-founder and director of the UK Centre for Human Emergence and runs his own consulting firm, Spiral Futures. He is on the steering group of the Conscious Capitalism Institute (UK Chapter) and the strategy group for the Spirit in Work consultancy.
Since earning his MA in Human Sciences from Oxford, Jon has been working with organisations for over three decades, as an applications architect, as European Information Systems Director for a market-leading multinational and as a consultant Programme and Change manager, working with major businesses such as BA, Calor Gas, BAA, O2 and, Vodafone.
