Tara is the Founder and CEO of The Unlimited Mind based in London and New York, and Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston. She is also on the Advisory Board for Longbow NXG.

Tara is at the forefront of the application of neuroscience to business and speaks globally on this subject at international conferences, blue chip corporations and top business schools. Tara is a published author, with a book and over 20 articles in journals of neuroscience and coaching. She is regularly quoted in the Financial Times.
