The Conscious Leadership Guild is a global organization formed to elevate the consciousness of leaders. The purpose of the Guild is to strengthen the competency and consciousness of its members in order to have more conscious leadership in place throughout the world, to serve as a community of practice for its members sharing their wisdom, processes and knowledge with one another. Gina Hayden is a member of the Board of Directors and Paul Ward is the Program Team Chair.

A Conscious Leadership Guild guest event is being planned for the afternoon of September 24, 2019 immediately following the three-day Conscious Capitalism conference in Berlin.
